Attack Titan in Attack on Titan Paradis
The first shifter you should actually master.
Attack Titan is the default language of Attack on Titan Paradis. Showcases open on it. Beginner lists start with it. If you cannot make this kit work, buying Colossal is just buying a larger confusion. This page is the kit, the habits, and the way Scouts will try to delete you.
Why Attack is the first main
The moveset is readable on a 20-player server. Swipes have a silhouette. The rush is a straight idea. Roar is the same tool every shifter got upgraded in the map rework: highlight nearby enemies, knockback that is supposed to function. You spend mental energy on when to transform, not on which secret button makes the kit exist.
Compare that to Warhammer (secondary required to connect) or Colossal (camera and collision). Attack lets you practice the transform routine — select, equip ODM, press Z, eject — until it is boring.
How to play Attack
- Spawn, select Attack, equip gear. Skipping gear is the unfunny reason Z does nothing.
- Do not transform in a closet. Marley’s remodel has alleys that eat your model.
- Roar when you lose a Scout in foliage, especially on Another Forest.
- Swipe through the highlight, not through a guess.
- Eject if a competent Scout is already on your neck. A living human with gas is better than a dead titan with pride.
- If the select UI dies after you die, rejoin. Then select Attack again. Do not sit in the bug.
You still have a nape. How to kill titans is what good Scouts run at you: high camera, boosted pass, maybe a leg stun first. Face a wall when you hear hooks so the nape is not a billboard.
Matchups
- Versus Jaw: Do not play on the street. Jaw wants you low. Take a plaza or get out. See Jaw.
- Versus Armored: You can out-tempo a slow charge if you do not eat it on purpose. See Armored.
- Versus Colossal: Do not stand in the steam. You are not winning a size contest. See Colossal.
- Versus Scout spears: Treat spears like a boss mechanic. The player who “mains ODM because spears are easier” is talking about you.
- Versus Warhammer: Wait for the secondary. Attack wins that patience game more often than the showcase makes it look.
Ranks: Attack sits in A on the titan tier list, and first on beginner picks. That is not a contradiction. A-tier and first-pick can be the same kit.
Loadout around Attack
Stay Scout between titan lives. Attack players who forget ODM become free food after eject. Keep gas for the human form. 2x ODM Gas is a better first pass than a second Colossal face if you actually eject often — game passes.
Mobile Attack is viable. The model is not Colossal-sized, so your thumbs still see the world. Follow the mobile guide so transform and boost are not the same fat tap.
Practice card
Ten transforms in a quiet corner. Ten roars with a look at the highlight. Ten ejects onto a roof, not into a crowd. Then one public fight where your only goal is to not give a free nape. If you get the nape anyway, you learned something about camera height. Go read ODM controls from the enemy’s chair.
Attack Titan will not stay your forever main. It should stay your calibration kit. When a patch changes roar or ODMG buttons, come back to Attack for a night before you judge Jaw again.
No codes grant Attack. You already own the important part: the select menu. Use it.
